While this card might not have been mailed, it was loved, because it looks like someone hung it on a wall. Perhaps a wall of a dorm room? It is definitely pre-1963 for three reasons. 1.) Postcard postage went up to $.04 in 1963, 2.) Zip codes started in 1963, and 3.) W.U.N.C. in Greensboro was a women’s college until 1963, when it presumably dropped the “W.”
